How secure is my personal and professional information?

We have a three tier Security approach

	People – All the employees are made to sign up an NDA and confidentiality agreement. All employees are recruited only after screening for their backgrounds and past jobs.
	Setup – The office is secured 24×7 by security persons.
	Network – The computer setup is monitored 24 x 7. Your VA’s are not allowed to bring in any additional data media so that your files etc stay safe. All activities over the desktop are constantly monitored. Our Internet network is protected by KasperSky firewall and antivirus.

How secured is my payment?

Your payments are being processed by Paypal Or Plimus. Both of them are secured, robust and popular payment services. At no point do we get access to your credit card information.

What are the terms & procedure for cancellation?

You can cancel anytime during the trial period. Once you are satisfied with the trial period, you will be charged for the rest of month. You can cancel anytime during your monthly billing cycle and you won’t be charged for next month. Cancelling the subscription is very easy, you just have to click ‘cancel subscription’ in Paypal account or send an email to Plimus. Your subscription will be cancelled.

Will my VA be sharing time with others?

No, generally your VA won’t be sharing time with others. This is one of the gray areas where most companies tend to make money by sharing one VA among multiple clients. With us your Virtual Assistant will be working only on your project. In case your VA does not have the skill that someone else in our team has, we will let you know and the other person can work on your project for a fixed number of hours. You won’t be charged anything extra for this however; we will use your VA to work on other process for that particular time.

What is the infrastructure available?

All our computers have at least an Intel Dual Core Processor, 1 GB RAM, 160 GB Hard Disk. We have two parallel E1 lines ending at our server and the bandwidth is divided in 1:8 ratio. (Please note that your VA won’t get same exact speed as you get due to lag times between India and US)
